Our client is seeking a Director of Engineering and Reliability to join their team in Fair Lawn, NJ.

In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our Engineering and Maintenance Departments focusing on process resolution and continuous improvement to enhance production, reduce costs and achieve world class reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 10 years paper converting/paper manufacturing as well as management experience.
  • Demonstrated commitment to improve safety results.
  • Ability to lead teams.
  • Ability to develop strategic plans to ensure continuous improvement, etc.

Requirements:

  • Engineering Degree

  • 10 years of experience in converting/paper manufacturing

  • 10 years management experience.

  • Experienced in process improvement.

  • Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus.
