Job Title: Field Marketing Manager - Automotive Team

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Marketing Manager to join our Ansys Automotive team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing programs to drive growth and account expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve sales and marketing objectives.
  • Identify new tactics to connect with all personas, including users, managers, and executives.
  • Nurture existing leads throughout the customer journey, utilizing digital content, events, and other persona-appropriate marketing methods.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with sales teams, partnering with them to develop strategic initiatives for account growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and strategy.
  • Create and manage marketing program budgets efficiently, allocating resources for maximum impact.
  • Evaluate campaign impact and ROI to determine success and forecast potential future investments.
  • Manage overall campaign planning, organization, and execution from start to finish.
  • Coordinate and execute events, such as trade shows, conferences, and sponsorships, to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B and/or Account-based marketing (ABM), specifically within the software, hardware, or automotive industry.
  • Proven ability to work closely and successfully with sales organizations.
  • Proven ability to execute a variety of marketing programs, including targeted direct mail and email, field events, social media, executive engagements, awareness campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytics, reporting, and written communication skills.
  • Rigorous attention to detail and focus on quality of deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • An MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Ability to earn trust through performance and relationship-building.
  • Prior experience working in a technical business setting with engineers or in engineering simulation is a plus.
