Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Customer Success Coordinator to join our team at Bill Good Marketing. As a key member of our Success Coaching department, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client onboarding processes, including setting up tickets, portals, and sending welcome packs.
  • Oversee Success Coaches' calendars, scheduling meetings, and ensuring calendars are organized and accurate.
  • Facilitate client service update appointments, strategy calls, and marketing plan meetings.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating events and onsite visits, handling logistics such as booking accommodations and preparing materials.
  • Track and report Success Coach performance metrics, identifying and addressing any inconsistencies.

Requirements:

  • Experience with software onboarding, customer success, and executive assistant work.
  • Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to manage calendars, client calls, and onboarding processes efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide friendly and professional support to clients and prospects.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to keep Success Coaches' calendars in order and ensure meetings are scheduled correctly.
  • Tech-savvy, with familiarity with tools like Zoho Desk, CRM systems, and other service software.
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to track, report, and address any service issues.
  • Event coordination skills, with the ability to schedule events, book travel, and manage logistics.
  • Client-focused, with the ability to create positive client experiences by adding thoughtful personal touches.
  • Team player, with the ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook - 3 years.
  • CRM software: 3 years.
  • Computer literacy: 3 years.
  • Customer success: 2 years.
  • SaaS: 2 years.
  • Executive assistant experience a plus.
  • Management experience a plus.
