About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator and Payroll Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily HR functions, including payroll, offboarding, benefits, billing, and leave management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process new-hire orientations and assist with open enrollment.
  • Communicate with employees about policy changes and resolve employee concerns.
  • Prepare billing reports and review reconciliations for remittance of benefit premiums.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • One to three years' experience in HR and/or payroll administration.
  • Proficient with Excel and experience working with ADP Workforce Now is preferred.

Estimated Salary: $38,000 - $52,000 per year, depending on experience.
