Position Overview:

The Orthopedic Sales Representative will work in conjunction with the Spine Territory Manager to oversee territory management, inventory control, and specific sales duties. This position focuses on promoting and selling Globus Medical products while maintaining the highest quality standards set by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance product knowledge through ongoing training and industry research.
  • Meet or exceed established sales targets and objectives.
  • Conduct outreach to existing and prospective clients following a strategic approach.
  • Support the Spine Territory Manager with field visits and customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate closely with the Area Director to grow the customer base and expand market presence.
  • Provide consistent feedback regarding product innovation, sales performance, and market dynamics.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of proven sales experience in the spinal or healthcare sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Science or Business.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion abilities.
  • Willingness to travel, including evenings and weekends.
  • Comprehensive understanding of spinal anatomy.
  • Capability to deliver impactful sales presentations.
Physical Requirements:
  • Involves repetitive sitting, climbing, lifting, and specific visual requirements.
