The Orthopedic Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the Foot and Ankle (F&A) product portfolio within an assigned geography. This individual must possess a high level of expertise and competence to present, demonstrate, and ensure proper utilization of products.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the F&A product portfolio, including new and existing products.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with surgeons, clinicians, and hospital staff to increase sales and market share.
- Establish and maintain strong clinical relationships with key stakeholders to ensure proper product utilization and customer satisfaction.
- Provide education and training to customers on the proper use of F&A products.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to create business plans, target markets, and overall market strategies to achieve financial targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer interactions, and product inventory.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support business objectives.
- Bachelor's Degree or Associate Degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the medical device industry, preferably in orthopedic sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to travel frequently, with a valid driver's license.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the medical device industry, preferably in orthopedic sales.
- Military experience or equivalent.
