Position Overview:

The Orthopedic Sales Representative will work in conjunction with the Spine Territory Manager to oversee territory management, stock levels, and limited sales duties. This position entails promoting and marketing Globus Medical products while maintaining the company's high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance product expertise through comprehensive training and industry analysis.
  • Meet or exceed established sales targets and objectives.
  • Conduct outreach to existing and prospective clients following a strategic sales plan.
  • Support the Spine Territory Manager with client visits and address customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate closely with the Area Director to grow the customer base and expand market presence.
  • Provide ongoing insights regarding product innovation, sales metrics, and market dynamics.
  • Ensure adherence to all organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of proven sales experience in the spinal or healthcare sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Science or Business.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of spinal anatomy.
  • Capability to deliver impactful sales presentations.
Physical Requirements:
  • Involves repetitive sitting, climbing, lifting, and specific visual requirements.
