Sign-On Bonus:
$2,000 Bonus distributed quarterly for full-time and part-time roles

Available Shifts:
All Shifts (6 AM - 2 PM, 2 PM - 10 PM, 10 PM - 6 AM)

Role Overview:
As a Patient Care Assistant (PCA), you will be responsible for delivering direct care to residents under the guidance of licensed nursing staff. Your role is vital in creating a compassionate and supportive atmosphere for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide personal care services, including grooming, bathing, dressing, and oral hygiene for residents as needed.
2. Maintain cleanliness and organization in resident rooms, including changing bed linens and ensuring grooming supplies are stocked.
3. Accurately record vital signs, weights, and other essential health information as assigned.
4. Monitor residents closely and report any changes in their condition to the nursing staff.
5. Ensure residents receive adequate hydration throughout the day based on their individual needs.
6. Assist nursing personnel with basic aseptic and sterile techniques to prevent infections.
7. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
1. Valid Nursing Assistant certification from the state.
2. Current CPR certification is preferred.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
4. Ability to lift 50 pounds or more, as physical activity constitutes a significant portion of the role.
5. Capability to stand or walk for extended periods, exceeding four hours daily.
6. Ability to bend or stoop for more than one hour at a time.

Work Schedule:
This position offers flexible scheduling options, allowing for both full-time and part-time employment. Shifts may include days, nights, and weekends, with a commitment to accommodating your availability.
