Position Overview:
The Business Growth and Support Coordinator at LatinoBuilt is an innovative and driven professional dedicated to fostering success within our Latino contractor community.

This role involves leveraging business consulting expertise to assist our members in navigating both straightforward and intricate business challenges, ultimately aimed at securing contracts within the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive business assistance to small and medium-sized enterprises, focusing on growth and stability.
- Enhance management practices and capital efficiency while identifying new opportunities for profit maximization.
- Develop a network of trainers and consultants to address the educational needs of our members.
- Conduct essential business analysis tasks, including defining requirements and designing business processes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Accounting, Architecture, Engineering, or General Construction.
- In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local grant regulations and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in grant management and financial systems, with advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, along with CRM software.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to interpret complex financial information.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in report writing and editing.
- Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Additional Skills:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
- Solid understanding of construction-related business fundamentals and the implications of changes in the industry.
- High proficiency in CRM software and web-based applications.

Role Dynamics:
- Manage small to medium projects or segments of larger initiatives.
- Create detailed project plans, resource allocations, and project structures.
- Identify and share bidding opportunities with members while providing assistance as needed.

- Facilitate business process design and clarify organizational roles and responsibilities.
- Engage in cash flow projections and possess financial literacy in budgeting and basic construction accounting.

Community Engagement:
- Act as a mediator between general contractors and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and conflict resolution throughout project lifecycles.
- Collaborate with procurement offices to streamline processes and optimize vendor relationships.

- Support subcontractors in understanding procurement requirements and fulfilling contractual obligations, fostering a cooperative environment.

- Identify potential conflicts in procurement activities and propose solutions to mitigate risks, ensuring project success.
