Your Role:

We are in search of a skilled Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding service in our Americas region. This position will be crucial in facilitating the coordination and timely delivery of orders through our logistics partners. You will serve as the primary contact point, managing receipts and shipments to and from our North American warehouse locations while collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders within the CR Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing and executing orders, invoices, and other customer-related communications.
  • Ensuring timely order confirmations and updates to meet business needs.
  • Collaborating with supply chain team members to provide timely updates on order availability and delivery.
  • Addressing and/or escalating customer inquiries and issues.
  • Providing information regarding CR products and services.

Being bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous, as our customer base spans across the Americas. Experience with international shipping and exportation, including knowledge of Incoterms, will also be beneficial.

If you possess strong interpersonal skills for building effective partnerships with all stakeholders and are highly organized to ensure that customers receive timely information, we would like to hear from you. Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office for data entry, tracking, updating, and information retrieval will be highly valued.

Qualifications and Attributes:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service/Order Management.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
  • A Bachelor's degree is desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication; customer-focused with effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Consistent and punctual attendance.
