We are excited to present an opportunity for a Sales Operations Specialist with a leading multimedia and creative software organization.

The Sales Operations Specialist will collaborate closely with Sales Managers, Sales Operations, and Sales Insights to assist our sales teams in delivering timely and precise analytics to enhance the team's retention strategies. This role involves supporting Sales Managers and their teams in providing accurate forecasts for renewals, pipeline management, and ad hoc reporting. The environment is dynamic and fast-paced, necessitating exceptional communication abilities, multitasking skills, and the capacity to work under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with sales representatives and managers to meet retention objectives by supplying timely sales analytics, including pipeline assessments, best practices, and efficiency results.
  • Work alongside sales operations and managers to pinpoint challenges and pain points within the organization, identifying key stakeholders to address and resolve these issues.
  • Collaborate to identify challenges and devise solutions to streamline business processes for the sales teams.
  • Tackle problems of moderate to complex nature where analysis of situations or data necessitates a review of various factors.
  • Coordinate with internal departments throughout each sales quarter to resolve outstanding items.
  • Support the end-of-quarter renewals initiative by facilitating the processing of all sales orders and approvals through internal data entry.
  • Assist the sales team with requirements related to internal systems and processes.
  • Help the sales team with structuring renewals to ensure optimal value for the organization while minimizing attrition.
  • Collaborate closely with other Sales Operations Managers to share insights, best practices, and promote standardization across the sales organization.
  • Exercise judgment within established procedures and practices to determine appropriate actions.
  • Plan and execute projects for account and territory selection to optimize the sales team for future planning.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or finance.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Finance, or a related analytical role.
  • Proficiency in financial and project data analysis.
  • Expertise in Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis.
  • Experience in data modeling.
  • Strong metrics and data analytics capabilities at an executive level.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with reporting systems such as Tableau.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with advanced Excel capabilities.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain cross-functional relationships.
  • A proactive attitude with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus.

Compensation:

  • Up to $50.48 per hour.
