Position Summary

We are seeking an Operations Associate to become a vital member of our Business Operations team. This role involves collaboration across the organization (Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, Account Management) to establish essential business processes. You will take full ownership of tasks, ensuring effective execution and monitoring of business metrics. This position is characterized by high visibility, significant impact, and autonomy, with opportunities for rapid expansion into new business challenges. Your success in addressing our growth challenges will lead to accelerated career advancement and increased responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex business challenges and devise effective solutions.
  • Take charge of execution and results.
  • Monitor operational metrics such as process efficiency and defect rates.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the business to proactively address emerging issues.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams (product, engineering, operations, sales, account management) while maintaining high visibility.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in business, product, or sales operations within a fast-paced, high-performance technology environment.
  • Proficient in data analysis, with strong skills in SQL and Excel. A basic SQL assessment will be part of the interview process.
  • A strong technical mindset to specify and implement product and process enhancements.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex issues into manageable components for engineering and other teams.
  • Systems thinking: an understanding of how various elements interact to achieve desired outcomes.
  • A commitment to quality and attention to detail, holding oneself to the highest standards of work.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, rapid context-switching, and a dynamic work environment.
  • A passion for building a category-defining business.
