Position Summary:
We are seeking an International Supply Chain Specialist to optimize our supply chain processes and cater to the increasing demands of our global markets. This role is pivotal in enhancing our international supply network and requires an in-office presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage third-party logistics (3PL) operations at international warehouse locations, focusing on inventory management, order processing, fulfillment, and performance metrics.
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with international logistics partners and warehouse suppliers.
  • Contribute to the development of international logistics strategies to align with global market needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and cost-effective product delivery.
  • Assess and mitigate risks associated with international supply chain activities.
  • Work closely with senior management to enhance supply chain processes as we expand into new territories.
  • Provide regular reports to management on performance metrics and initiatives for improvement.
Qualifications:

We are looking for team members who thrive in a collaborative environment and possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing and sourcing 3PL warehouse operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in supply chain management with a focus on international operations.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in handling complex datasets.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain management software.
  • Knowledge of HTS codes and customs compliance.
