Job Overview

Position Title: Financial Operations Specialist
Type of Employment: Contract
Location: Remote
Compensation Range: $19/hr. to $20/hr.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing customer accounts, providing business insights, validating contracts, processing orders, generating invoices, tracking usage, and provisioning products.
  • Conduct thorough validations of revenue transactions across various sales channels to ensure compliance with product regulations, revenue recognition standards, and internal policies.
  • Implement processes in accordance with SOX regulations, including drafting control documents, narratives, and process guidelines, while collaborating with auditors on control design and execution.
  • Act as a knowledgeable resource on customer information related to contracts, order management, and provisioning to offer informed business recommendations.
Qualifications:
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a primary focus on enhancing customer experience.
