Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with sales representatives and management to meet sales objectives by delivering timely sales analytics, including pipeline assessments, best practices, and performance metrics.
  • Engage with sales operations and management to pinpoint challenges and obstacles within the organization, identifying key stakeholders to address and enhance these issues.
  • Work together to identify problems and devise solutions that improve operational efficiency for the sales teams.
  • Tackle moderately complex issues where data analysis requires consideration of various factors.
  • Coordinate with internal departments throughout each sales quarter to resolve outstanding items and finalize deals, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed prior to closure.
  • Support the end-of-quarter sales initiatives by facilitating the processing of all sales orders and approvals through internal systems.
  • Assist the sales team with needs related to internal processes and systems.
  • Help the sales team structure deals to ensure optimal value for the organization while maximizing quota achievement.
  • Collaborate with other Sales Operations Managers to share insights, best practices, and promote standardization across the sales organization.
  • Exercise judgment within established procedures to determine appropriate actions.
  • Plan and execute projects for account and territory selection to optimize the sales team for future planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance.
  • Experience in financial and project data analysis.
  • Background in finance, with knowledge of budgeting, capital expenditures, operational expenditures, depreciation, financial modeling, and ROI analysis.
  • Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and data modeling; experience with metrics and data analytics; familiarity with reporting systems such as Tableau.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Sales Operations, Finance, or analytical role.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Advanced Excel capabilities; detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster cross-functional relationships.
  • Possess a proactive attitude and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is advantageous.
