Facilities Operations Manager

A-MAX Auto Insurance is looking for a Facilities Operations Manager to enhance our Corporate Family. We are a dynamic and forward-thinking organization that prioritizes the growth and development of our team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and mentor Facilities Team in the effective management of repairs and maintenance.
  • Implement a standardized Root Cause Analysis method for addressing equipment malfunctions.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and coordinate predictive maintenance schedules.
  • Assess and prioritize maintenance requests from various locations.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Facilities to track and report on budgetary matters.
  • Lead and coordinate the facilities and maintenance division.
  • Provide specialized knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within facilities.
  • Manage multiple site operations across the organization.
  • Monitor all open service requests and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements.
  • Solicit and prepare proposals for repair and construction projects.
  • Supervise project management and coordinate vendor and contractor activities.
  • Address and resolve facility issues that arise after hours.
  • Drive initiatives to reduce disruptions to primary operations.
  • Oversee essential services including reception, security, maintenance, and cleaning.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in facilities or operations management without a degree.
  • A minimum of 3 years of management experience is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
