Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the training and development of new gym management and staff.
  • Ensure the sales and marketing success of all pre-sales and new gym openings, implementing necessary systems and protocols.
  • Support the execution of company policies and procedures related to sales and marketing for new gym openings, utilizing training tools and guidelines for success.
  • Conduct daily assessments using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and all relevant pre-sale metrics, training, and guides.
  • Manage the daily sales, marketing, and financial performance of the pre-sale team.
  • Organize and facilitate club training sessions, regional workshops, and gym-level training.
  • Coordinate travel schedules, expense reports, and other administrative tasks.
  • Represent the company with the utmost integrity towards all clubs, employees, members, guests, vendors, and business partners.

Qualifications for the Head of New Fitness Center Launches

  • Proven experience in managing a fitness facility, including staff and operational metrics.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities for multi-location operations.
  • Experience in developing systems, policies, procedures, and manuals for multi-location organizations.
  • High level of technological proficiency.
