Job Summary

The Housekeeper position is a critical role in ensuring a positive first impression of our properties and maintaining the well-being of our residents. As a key member of the ZRS Management team, the Housekeeper is responsible for preparing units and common areas to meet the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining Common Areas and Facilities: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of common areas, including the clubhouse, offices, restrooms, and guest suites.
  • Preparing Make-Ready Units: Clean and prepare units for occupancy within a three to five business day timeframe, including all doors, windows, racks, counters, appliances, sinks, and fixtures.
  • Supply Management: Maintain and request necessary supplies to perform duties effectively.
  • Daily Inspections and Touch-Ups: Conduct daily morning inspections and make any necessary touch-ups to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Compliance with Fair Housing Requirements: Ensure compliance with all Fair Housing laws and regulations.
Qualifications
  • Related Experience and/or Training: Possess relevant experience and/or training in housekeeping or a related field.
  • Operating Cleaning Equipment: Have working knowledge of operating cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Effective Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment and adapt to changing situations in a composed manner.
  • Attention to Detail and Time Management: Possess attention to detail and effective time management skills.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
  • Weekend Work: Be available to work weekends as determined by the Property Manager and incorporated into the work schedule.
