Position Overview:

Location: Remote

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The role involves limited interaction with clients, while maintaining frequent communication with regional loan officers, lending assistants, and various departments. The incumbent must demonstrate efficiency and effectiveness under tight deadlines while upholding a professional demeanor. Independent judgment and decision-making are essential in routine situations. The ability to sit for extended periods is required for most of the workday. The role includes assisting with standard issues and referring complex matters to supervisors or other departments as necessary.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

  • Timely creation and delivery of loan disclosures to clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Ordering and reviewing necessary documents for a complete loan package (credit reports, flood certifications, appraisals, title work, etc.).
  • Thoroughly reviewing each loan file to confirm the presence, accuracy, and completeness of documents.
  • Ensuring compliance of loans with Federal and State regulations as well as Bank policies.
  • Executing complex and confidential administrative tasks, including organizing files, data entry, and maintaining precise records.
  • Processing and responding to all incoming communications.
  • Adapting to changes in the work environment, managing competing demands, and handling frequent adjustments.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.
  • Actively engaging in the Customer Service First sales and service culture, supporting the organization's values, and adhering to established Bank policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent certification with a minimum of 18 months of administrative experience is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred and may substitute for experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to discuss complex loan scenarios.
  • Ability to meet deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proactive and independent, with a strong initiative.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Critical thinking abilities and the capacity to identify alternative solutions.
  • Proficient in or able to quickly learn loan processing software or other lending systems.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
