Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented In-House Mortgage Processor to join our team at First Financial Bank NA. As a key member of our loan operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of loan documents, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver loan disclosures to customers in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Order and review documents necessary for a complete loan package, including credit reports, flood determinations, appraisals, and title work.
  • Verify that loan files are complete, accurate, and compliant with federal and state laws, as well as bank policies.
  • Perform complex administrative tasks, including data entry, file organization, and record-keeping.
  • Process and respond to all incoming communication, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Actively participate in our Customer Service First culture, supporting the values of our organization and adhering to established bank policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent certification with 18 months of administrative experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, may substitute for experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
