  • Process and manage loan payments, new loan applications, and loan renewals, ensuring accurate and timely data entry into our core loan system.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, lending staff, and other stakeholders to resolve loan-related queries and issues.
  • Assist lending staff and backroom departments with loan-related questions and provide support to ensure seamless loan processing.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our loan systems and processes to identify and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Participate in our Customer Service First culture, upholding the values of our organization and adhering to established company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with strong communication and mathematical skills.
  • 12-18 months of banking or similar administrative experience, with a preference for loan operations experience.
  • Typing speed of 45 wpm, with 10-key touch.
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, initiative, interpersonal, and professional demeanor.
