Job Overview

The Claims Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing incoming communications, including emails and documents, ensuring proper organization and filing. This role involves entering new claims based on customer inquiries, verifying insurance policy statuses, and preparing claim packets for submission to insurance providers. Accuracy and promptness are essential in this position. Additionally, the coordinator will provide updates to clients and manage phone inquiries.
