We are on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Coordinator to become a vital part of our Online Support team. In this capacity, you will address inquiries from employees and customers, resolve issues through the appropriate channels, maintain a comprehensive understanding of our offerings, gather feedback, and facilitate training for new team members.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Timely responses to inquiries from customers and employees through various communication channels.
  2. Escalating serious complaints or issues that require additional support.
  3. Collaborating with colleagues or management to identify optimal solutions for customer concerns.
  4. Recognizing recurring issues and escalating them to management with potential improvement suggestions.
  5. Maintaining a courteous, helpful, and professional demeanor at all times.
  6. Collecting and sharing customer feedback with relevant teams to enhance products and services.
  7. Staying updated on new products and services as they are launched.
  8. Participating in required training sessions and meetings.
  9. Providing training and support to new Customer Support Coordinators.
  10. Upholding client confidentiality consistently.

Qualifications

  1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service is essential.
  2. High school diploma or equivalent.
  3. Experience with chat or help desk software is preferred.
  4. Ability to respond effectively under pressure.
  5. Strong judgment and problem-solving capabilities.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  7. A positive attitude and professionalism at all times.
