Job OverviewPosition: Customer Support Supervisor
Midway Staffing is currently seeking a dedicated Customer Support Supervisor to oversee our operations. We are a prominent distributor of kitchen and bath cabinetry, providing exceptional products to contractors and builders. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding customer service abilities and be adept at managing multiple tasks effectively.
Work Schedule & Compensation:
  • Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Hourly Rate: $18-$19
Key Responsibilities:
  • Showroom Oversight: Ensure the showroom is well-organized and safe for visitors.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all cabinetry lines, including specifications, pricing, and promotions.
  • Layout Interpretation: Analyze kitchen and bathroom layouts to identify appropriate cabinetry codes.
  • Customer Interaction: Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional service via phone and email.
  • Sales Assistance: Guide clients in selecting products that fulfill their requirements and ensure order satisfaction.
  • Order Management: Process orders accurately and oversee their completion.
  • Payment Handling: Manage payment collection and regularly review customer accounts.
  • Product Support: Assist customers with product returns and replacements.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and address complaints efficiently.
  • Record Keeping: Organize and maintain customer files and documentation.
  • Customer Engagement: Reach out to previous customers to foster relationships and attract new clientele.
  • Reporting: Communicate customer needs to management and assist in generating reports.
  • Event Coordination: Support event planning and attend necessary training sessions.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor customer service team members and ensure collaboration with other departments.
  • Time Management: Track and report hours worked by the customer service team.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other assigned responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Experience with order entry systems and CRM software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to quickly establish rapport with customers.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization capabilities.
  • Professional demeanor and integrity in all interactions.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is required.
Education & Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service is essential.
  • Familiarity with interior design concepts and software is a plus.
