In this dual role of Customer Support Specialist and Service Coordinator, your responsibilities will include transforming customer inquiries into scheduled service appointments, efficiently managing technician schedules, and providing outstanding support to both clients and field staff.
Your skills in task prioritization, record-keeping, and clear communication will be essential in maintaining smooth operations and ensuring a superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Convert incoming customer inquiries into scheduled service appointments.
- Proactively reach out to clients through outbound calls to maximize service opportunities.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, striving to resolve issues and maintain the company's reputation.
- Engage in continuous training initiatives to enhance professional growth.
- Maintain and accurately update our customer database with comprehensive information.
- Develop a thorough understanding of business operations to prioritize urgent customer calls effectively.
- Optimize technician assignments by matching them to appropriate service calls based on expertise and availability.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience by providing technicians with detailed information about service requests.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to foster professional development.
- Keep clients informed throughout the day regarding the status of their service appointments.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The ideal Customer Support Specialist/Service Coordinator will possess:
Experience in Home Services is required, with a minimum of 1 year in Customer Service.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a coordination role.
Sales experience is highly preferred.
Typing proficiency of 60 WPM while multitasking.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with customer service software and CRM platforms is preferred.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
