Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Coordinator. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for promoting an excellent customer experience and overseeing a team of associates at the front of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Create a positive internal and external customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, and maintaining a clean and organized store.
  • Team Leadership: Lead by example and train and mentor associates on front-end principles, including personalizing the customer experience and promoting loyalty programs.
  • Operational Excellence: Assign registers, support and respond to POS coverage needs, and coordinate breaks for all associates.
  • Problem-Solving: Address customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Communication: Communicate accurately and effectively with management and associates when setting and addressing priorities, and provide progress updates.
Requirements
  • Availability: Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Merchandising Knowledge: Strong understanding of merchandising techniques.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Leadership Experience: 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
