Customer Support Coordinator

This is a full-time position operating Monday through Friday.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Coordinator to become a vital part of our Online Support team. In this capacity, you will address inquiries from employees and customers, resolve issues through appropriate channels, maintain comprehensive knowledge of our offerings, gather feedback, and provide training to new team members.

Key Responsibilities
- Timely response to customer and employee inquiries through various communication channels.
- Escalating serious complaints or issues beyond your expertise immediately.
- Collaborating with colleagues or management to identify optimal solutions for customer concerns.
- Recognizing recurring issues and reporting them to management with potential improvement suggestions.
- Maintaining a courteous, helpful, and professional demeanor at all times.
- Collecting and sharing customer feedback with relevant teams to enhance products and services.
- Staying updated on new products and services as they are launched.
- Participating in required training sessions and meetings.
- Providing guidance and training to new Customer Support Coordinators.
- Upholding client confidentiality consistently.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service is essential.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Familiarity with chat/help desk software is preferred.
- Ability to respond effectively under pressure.
- Strong judgment and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A positive attitude and professionalism are mandatory.
