About the Team

The Creator Product Adoption team is dedicated to implementing exemplary global strategies and initiatives aimed at enhancing product adoption among our Creator community. This team is pivotal in promoting various programs and initiatives through diverse channels.

Collaboration is key; this team will work closely with the Content Strategy and Product teams to establish and prioritize product adoption objectives, providing essential services such as frameworks and methodologies to Regional Operations teams to achieve measurable business outcomes.

In addition to orchestrating global initiatives, this team will also execute these programs within the North American markets.

Responsibilities
  • Design, support, and implement large-scale product initiatives aimed at increasing participation and product adoption among creators on the platform.
  • Collaborate with the product team to identify potential project opportunities based on product roadmaps and data-driven insights.
  • Work alongside local and regional operations teams to deploy scalable product adoption frameworks and initiatives.
  • Establish standardized measurement plans and set shared objectives in alignment with Creator and product teams.
  • Monitor program progress towards established goals, making real-time adjustments to enhance success metrics.
  • Assess successful program elements and execution, identifying areas for improvement to communicate back to key cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams necessary for operationalizing product initiatives (e.g., Product Operations, Product Marketing, Communications, Legal, etc.).
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong understanding of the creator economy with proven experience working with creators.
  • Experience with creator-related products, including knowledge of the creator product journey across various platforms.
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, product marketing, or product management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with complex data sets and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, multitasking, and time management abilities.
  • A collaborative team player who is proactive and solution-oriented.

  • Proven ability to operate independently, showcasing creativity and strong attention to detail while managing multiple projects.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
