About the Position

The role of Creator Partnerships Director for the Lifestyle, Beauty, and Fashion guild is crucial for Howl's ongoing growth. You will spearhead the strategy and execution of initiatives aimed at fostering relationships with enterprise creators, ensuring their continued success and evolution within the creator ecosystem. These partners are already high earners and experts in commerce, driving significant sales for our brand collaborators.

As a senior leader, you will collaborate across various teams to accelerate the growth of top creators, devise strategies for retention and engagement, and implement business development tactics that support creators throughout their lifecycle. You are an ideal candidate if you possess a strong desire to make a significant impact and have a proven track record of performance-driven growth. You view challenges as opportunities to innovate and take full ownership of initiatives while proactively identifying new possibilities.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Crafting a creator acceleration and retention strategy to meet business objectives and stimulate growth within the lifestyle sector.
  • Managing a portfolio of creators, ensuring their growth aligns with company revenue forecasts.
  • Operating against specific revenue targets, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve goals.
  • Overseeing the sales process for a diverse range of creators, maintaining and expanding these relationships.
  • Educating top content creators on product marketing and monetization strategies.
  • Delivering comprehensive business plans and providing insightful recommendations for maximizing the Howl platform.
  • Collaborating with product and growth teams to relay creator feedback for platform enhancements.
  • Leading initiatives to enhance Howl's marketplace differentiation and promote creator success.
  • Working closely with the Brand Partnerships team to refine existing processes.
  • Engaging in cross-functional collaboration to develop new go-to-market strategies and playbooks.

  • Proven expertise in establishing brand partnerships.

  • Familiarity with leading creators across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
