About the Team

The Creator Product Adoption team is responsible for developing and implementing global, scalable approaches and programs to drive core product adoption goals with our Creators. This team will work closely with the Content Strategy team and Product teams to set and drive product adoption priorities, providing services and frameworks to Regional Operations teams to drive measurable business impact.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop, support, and execute scaled product programs focused on driving large-scale participation and product adoption from creators on the platform.
  2. Work with product teams to identify potential program/project opportunities and outlines based on product roadmaps and data-driven needs.
  3. Collaborate with local/regional ops teams to rollout scaled product adoption frameworks and programs locally.
  4. Align on standardized, clear measurement plans and set joint OKRs in line with Creator and product PGC team goals.
  5. Track program progress to program goals, incorporate improvement tweaks in real-time to optimize program success metrics.
  6. Evaluate successful program components and execution as well as areas for improvement to synthesize back to key stakeholders.
  7. Build strong relationships with XFN teams needed to operationalize product programs (e.g., GUO/Product Ops, PMM, Product, Comms, USDS, legal, etc).
Requirements
  1. BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  2. Strong understanding of the creator economy and proven experience in working with creators.
  3. Experience working with creator-related products and understanding the creator product journey and product tools across different platforms.
  4. 5+ years of experience working in program management/development, product marketing, and/or product management.
  5. Proven experience working with complex data sets and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  6. Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills.
  7. Superior attention-to-detail, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
  8. A team player who is accountable, proactive, and solution-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Proven track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, strong attention to detail, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  2. Ability to work in a fast-changing environment.
  3. Experience working in a global team, across multiple time zones and cross-culturally.
