The Creator Product Adoption team is dedicated to implementing exceptional global strategies and initiatives aimed at enhancing product adoption among our Creators. This team plays a pivotal role in promoting these initiatives within relevant Creator communities through various effective channels.
Collaborating closely with the Content Strategy and Product teams, this team establishes and drives product adoption priorities while providing essential services, including frameworks and approaches, to Regional Operations teams to achieve measurable business outcomes.
In addition to orchestrating global efforts, this team will also be responsible for executing these programs in North American markets.
Key Responsibilities- Design, support, and implement comprehensive product programs focused on driving significant participation and product adoption from creators on the platform.
- Collaborate with the product team to identify potential program and project opportunities based on product roadmaps and data-driven insights.
- Work alongside local and regional operations teams to deploy scalable product adoption frameworks and initiatives.
- Establish standardized measurement plans and align on joint objectives and key results (OKRs) in accordance with Creator and product teams.
- Monitor program progress towards established goals, making real-time adjustments to optimize success metrics.
- Assess successful program components and execution, identifying areas for enhancement to relay back to key cross-functional stakeholders.
- Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams essential for operationalizing product programs.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong understanding of the creator economy with proven experience collaborating with creators.
- Experience with creator-related products, including knowledge of the creator product journey across various platforms.
- 5+ years of experience in program management, product marketing, or product management.
- Demonstrated ability to work with complex data sets and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and professional communication skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail, multi-tasking, and time management abilities.
- A collaborative team player who is proactive and solution-oriented.
- Proven ability to operate independently, showcasing creativity and strong attention to detail while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience working within a global team across various time zones and cultures.
