Key Responsibilities:
You will lead cross-functional development initiatives, providing the technical vision and strategy for the future of AI/ML solutions for Amazon Associates worldwide, while balancing immediate and long-term technology investments.
Collaboration with Product Managers, scientists, and Data Engineers will be essential as you build and conduct experiments that encourage creators to maximize their use of the platform.
Your projects will demand innovative and creative thinking, advanced technical problem-solving skills, and mentorship of fellow engineers to enhance their capabilities and productivity.
You will take ownership of all facets of the software development lifecycle: design, experimentation, implementation, and testing.

Basic Qualifications:- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- 5+ years of programming experience in at least one software language.
- 5+ years of experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems.
- Experience mentoring, leading, or managing an engineering team.
- 5+ years of experience across the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
