About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as the VP of Creator Management. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving our strategy vision in creator relations and overseeing teams that work with creators directly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the structure and approach to recruiting and maintaining creator talent within the Collective Voice platform
  • Understand the creator lifecycle and identify opportunities to convert high potential and key creators to loyalists on the platform
  • Manage a healthy pipeline of potential talent to work with and new opportunities for them
  • Oversee key teams within the organization that interface with creators, including Creator Relations and Creator Recruiting
  • Develop and communicate best practices for these growing teams
  • Drive marketplace and competitive insights to identify and assess long-term growth opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with the General Manager on the overarching influencer strategy for Collective Voice
  • Collaborate closely with the campaign execution team to ensure that our top creators are well represented in our campaigns
  • Represent the needs of creators within the Collective Voice organization at large
  • Understand intimately what creators want and need in a platform
  • Create a clear vision of our approach to working with Creators
  • Communicate the vision and needs of the creators across the organization, driving change where necessary
  • Represent Collective Voice in the creator space, meeting regularly with agents and agencies, and appearing in spaces where creators congregate
Requirements
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with a proven track record of overseeing teams and driving strategy
  • Experience working with creators and their agents, negotiating and representing their interests
  • Ability to use data to inform insights and business decisions
  • Attention to detail and a respect for operations and process
  • Experience working with legal and financial teams
  • Expertise on the creator space and its evolution
  • Excellence in communication, both internally and externally
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 15 years of experience in creator or talent management
  • 8+ years of experience managing, building, and scaling teams
  • Self-starter with high energy and excellent presentation, creative, and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented with superior writing and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to present complex strategies and proposals simply and compellingly
  • Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and communicate effectively with executives, department teams, and clients
