About the Team

The Creator Product Adoption team is dedicated to implementing exceptional global strategies and initiatives aimed at enhancing product adoption among our Creators. This involves promoting these initiatives to relevant Creator communities through diverse methods.

This team collaborates closely with the Content Strategy and Product teams to establish and prioritize product adoption objectives, subsequently providing frameworks and services to Regional Operations teams to achieve measurable business outcomes.

In addition to orchestrating global initiatives, this team will also execute these programs within the North American markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, support, and implement large-scale product initiatives focused on maximizing participation and product adoption from creators on the platform.
  • Collaborate with the product team to identify potential project opportunities based on product roadmaps and data-driven insights.
  • Work alongside local and regional operations teams to deploy standardized product adoption frameworks and initiatives.
  • Establish clear measurement plans and align on joint objectives in accordance with Creator and product goals.
  • Monitor program progress towards objectives, making real-time adjustments to enhance success metrics.
  • Assess successful program elements and execution, identifying areas for improvement to relay back to key cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams essential for operationalizing product initiatives (e.g., Product Operations, Product Marketing, Communications, Legal, etc.).
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong understanding of the creator economy with proven experience in collaborating with creators.
  • Experience with creator-focused products, including familiarity with the creator product journey across various platforms.
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, product marketing, or product management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with complex data sets and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, multitasking, and time management abilities.
  • A proactive team player who is accountable and solution-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven ability to operate independently, showcasing creativity and strong attention to detail while managing multiple projects.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working within a global team across various time zones and cultures.
