We are currently in search of a skilled Associate to enhance our Creator Management division on a Temp to Permanent Basis. This position will be pivotal in executing daily creator strategies and managing campaigns for Fortune 500 clients. The ideal candidate will assist the campaign management team in developing and implementing creator campaigns using our advanced technology to connect leading brands with our extensive creator network. A passion for beauty and expertise in cosmetics, haircare, nail care, and skincare is essential, as this role encompasses comprehensive creator management, from sourcing and negotiation to content creation and ongoing campaign oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the overall success of Influential's social media campaigns.
- Develop and implement creator strategies tailored to specific campaigns, refine existing success metrics, and introduce innovative metrics.
- Assist in training on planning, audience reporting, research tools, and the enhancement of writing and presentation skills.
- Act as a liaison between the creator management team and other critical internal departments (account management, research/analytics, operations) to meet client expectations.
- Identify and select talent and creators for campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve brand/client KPIs.
- Oversee the vetting process for talent presented to brands, ensuring alignment with brand safety and campaign-specific criteria.
- Utilize data and insights to effectively recommend creators to clients.
- Manage creator casting, negotiation, contracting, and content oversight across brand campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a digital, advertising, or creator marketing environment.
- Proven experience in managing and coordinating projects in a dynamic setting.
- Ability to thrive in a startup culture, establishing organization and processes where necessary.
- Experience in sourcing talent beyond social media, particularly in the beauty sector.
- Strong understanding of both online and offline marketing landscapes and the interplay between brands, media, and consumers.
- Familiarity with the creator ecosystem or a strong interest in the industry, with an established network of managers, agents, or creator contacts.
- Knowledge of online performance tracking and brand measurement tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills, capable of multitasking, with a keen eye for detail and adherence to timelines.
- A proactive self-starter who values collaboration and is receptive to feedback, able to work independently while influencing cross-functional teams.
- In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube).
- Commitment to staying informed about the latest trends and innovations in social media.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Compensation: $35 per hour
