Role Summary

This position is not just another job—it's an opportunity to influence the future of food technology. Reporting to the VP of Product & Design, you will lead our mission as the champion of the Customer Engagement experience. Key Responsibilities

With a focus on customer satisfaction and a growth-oriented mindset, you will integrate innovation, technological expertise, and user experience excellence into every customer interaction.

  • Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of product managers, promoting their professional development through ongoing coaching and feedback while aligning with CookUnity's strategic objectives.
  • Develop a comprehensive vision for a customer-centric digital shopping experience that aligns multiple teams and secures enthusiastic support from leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of a product roadmap that enhances user Lifetime Revenue and improves Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Collaborate effectively with empathy, receiving high praise from cross-functional partners in design, engineering, operations, and data science.
  • Utilize data analytics and qualitative insights to develop a deep understanding of customer needs and define features that enhance user experience and drive results.
  • Focus on product metrics to refine and optimize the user experience, employing data and experimentation tools.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication that keeps teams informed and engages stakeholders in the process.
  • Help establish best practices that enhance the quality and efficiency of the broader product development organization.
Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of experience in product management, with 3-5 years in consumer-facing product development and team leadership.
  • A passion for food, technology, and crafting memorable user experiences.
  • Experience thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, leading strategic prioritization processes with senior leadership.
  • Exceptional communication skills, particularly in conveying business logic to technical teams and inspiring a distributed workforce.
  • Proficiency with product management tools, including writing product briefs, user stories, conducting analytics, and building prototypes.
  • A strong analytical mindset, using data to formulate hypotheses, identify opportunities, and drive key performance indicators.
  • Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques, with the ability to integrate them into the shopper journey.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, effectively collaborating across teams to achieve results.
  • Ability to anticipate challenges, manage escalations, and balance customer needs with technical constraints.
  • Skilled in synthesizing diverse stakeholder inputs into cohesive designs and functional specifications.
