Responsibilities
- Manage appointment schedules by organizing meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel arrangements.
- Facilitate communication by reviewing, researching, and directing correspondence, as well as drafting letters and documents.
- Prepare and submit expense reports accurately and timely.
- Generate information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
- Analyze information to prepare reports and brief the executive for meetings.
- Maintain historical records by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems, including documenting meeting discussions.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Experience supporting senior executives in SaaS engineering environments.
- Exceptional communication, writing, and time management skills.
- A proven ability to demonstrate resourcefulness and perform well under pressure.
- Experience in a rapidly growing technology company is preferred.
Requirements
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required, along with a Bachelor's degree or an advanced degree without prior experience.
