Job Title: Client Support Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled Client Support Manager to join our team. As a Client Support Manager, you'll be the face of our business to fund managers and their limited partners. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our client engagements are successful for our customers, their investors, lawyers, and fund administrators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning the client relationship from the sales hand-off to go-live to closing
  • Ensuring error-free client onboardings
  • Producing high-quality client deliverables
  • Seeking customer feedback to improve our product
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Client Success Manager with a proven track record in Salesforce (or similar)
  • Proficient in fund formation processes, including structuring and regulatory compliance
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented with a proactive and inquisitive nature
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with senior executives
