We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Assistant to provide administrative support to our HR Talent Acquisition Specialists. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing CVs, and providing backup coverage for the Day Care.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clerical and administrative support to HR Talent Acquisition Specialists.
- Manage CVs and CV Management Services.
- Assist with recruitment efforts and support the hiring process.
- Provide backup coverage for the Office Manager and Day Care.
- High School Diploma and 1 year of office experience preferred.
- Excellent typing skills (55 wpm), computer proficiency, and good communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Good general knowledge of computers and software applications.
