Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Crescent Hotels & Resorts. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless stay experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration: Register guests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring all necessary information is collected and accurate.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on hotel services and amenities.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest service.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments, including Housekeeping, Engineering, and Food and Beverage, to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Must be able to communicate in English.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Teamwork: Demonstrate a team-oriented approach and be willing to pitch in to support colleagues as needed.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and able to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
