Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Services: Ensure accurate and efficient check-in and check-out processes, handle guest issues and concerns, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Front Desk Operations: Be thoroughly familiar with all check-in policies and procedures, technical equipment, and hotel facilities.
  • Team Leadership: Train and develop new associates, manage shift checklists, and perform rooms control duties.
  • Technical Skills: Possess a broad knowledge of Epitome, Synergy, and Vingcard systems, as well as computer skills in Synergy, Nucleus, Epitome, Vision, GoConcierge, and Microsoft Office.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service: Attain a high propensity for customer service and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Previous experience with cash handling, computer skills, and familiarity with hotel operations software.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time and work overnight shifts.
