We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Sodexo. Key Responsibilities- Ensure the highest quality of food is consistently delivered to our clients, with a focus on presentation, taste, and nutritional value.
- Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas that meet the evolving tastes and dietary needs of our clients.
- Lead and mentor a team of culinary staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and services.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques, and apply this knowledge to improve our food offerings and services.
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in culinary arts or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a commissary kitchen or catering environment.
- Proven track record of success in managing a team, developing and implementing new menu ideas, and driving innovation and creativity in food offerings.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices, and ability to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
