- Develop and implement menu concepts, recipes, and inventory management systems to drive sales growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with the Culinary Director and Ownership to create innovative menu items and specials that showcase our culinary expertise.
- Manage kitchen sanitation, safety, and health code compliance, ensuring a clean and healthy environment for our staff and guests.
- Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels to optimize restaurant profitability.
- Participate in regular pre-service huddles to educate the FOH team on menu items, promotions, and customer preferences.
- Communicate effectively with the management team, kitchen staff, and FOH staff to ensure seamless execution of service.
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or Kitchen Leader in a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving profitability, and maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of kitchen staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health code regulations, with the ability to maintain a clean and healthy kitchen environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless execution of service.
