Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to lead our kitchen team and contribute to the success of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency and excellence in every aspect of food service.
- Manage kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu concepts, recipes, and cooking techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards and regulations.
- Work closely with the restaurant management team to achieve sales goals, manage inventory, and control costs.
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent role in a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent culinary skills, with a deep understanding of kitchen operations and food safety protocols.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
