Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with global business stakeholders to proactively identify, drive, and implement enhancements, improvements, and system customizations that address business requirements.
  • Work alongside the internal Salesforce development team to enhance existing systems and introduce new functionalities.
  • Configure both new and existing Salesforce features, including custom objects, page layouts, validations, workflows, flows, process builders, and other third-party applications.
  • Lead Salesforce projects from inception to completion, taking full ownership of the project, coordinating with relevant teams to establish clear definitions and design requirements, followed by implementation, testing, and production release, while keeping all stakeholders informed.
  • Ensure data integrity by merging duplicate Leads, Contacts, and Accounts; executing mass uploads and updates of data as necessary; eliminating unnecessary fields and data; ensuring screens, fields, and workflows have accurate names and reflect current processes.
  • Proactively identify and recommend necessary system changes.
  • Prepare data files and upload data into Salesforce using the data loader and other third-party tools.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, project management, and business analysis.
  • Proficient in translating business requirements into technical/software specifications, process modeling, and data mapping.
  • Hands-on experience in writing Salesforce Validation, Workflow, and Flows.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills with a proven ability to solve complex problems.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented self-starter with exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating with international teams.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

Compensation:
Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, and training.
