Job Description

Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC, a leading provider of strategic services, is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team. This is an exempt position that will support our clients in the DMV area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform process analysis, data modeling, and requirements analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that meet our clients' needs.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including IT process and procedures, to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Utilize Microsoft software programs, such as Visio, Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, to support project management and analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and their impact on technical directions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional demeanor and reacting to customers' needs in a timely and effective manner.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and manage roadmaps, utilizing approved tools and industry best practices, to capture program scope and illustrate work in progress and planned initiatives.
  • Perform Critical Path Analysis (CPA) and update the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to support Earned Value Management (EVM) efforts.
  • Develop and ensure adherence to technical standards, maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to sustain assigned project work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Receive direction from multiple managers and support multiple team members simultaneously.
  • Be highly organized, a self-starter, and able to communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Be flexible and willing to undertake a wide variety of challenging tasks.
  • Develop strong facilitation skills and drive consensus across multiple stakeholders.
  • Apply process-driven analysis skills and a background in various requirements elicitation methods.
  • Commit to responsiveness and achieving tasks on deadline.
Qualifications
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust background clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or finance.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant focused experience.
  • Agile Development practices.
Desired Qualifications
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with budgeting and estimation for future program requirements.
  • PMP/PMI certification.
  • Quality Certification (ITIL or other).
