Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist

AccelerEd is seeking a talented Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to enhance our marketing initiatives through the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) platform. In this role, you will be instrumental in gathering business requirements, customizing the SFMC application, and ensuring the effectiveness of our marketing strategies. If you have a passion for crafting compelling email communications and possess skills in HTML, CSS, and Content Builder tools, this position is designed for you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend business needs and develop impactful communication strategies.
- Design, test, and implement email marketing campaigns utilizing SFMC.
- Leverage nurture program functionalities to engage targeted audiences.
- Analyze prospect data to refine campaign targeting.
- Establish tracking mechanisms to assess campaign performance.
- Create insightful reports to identify opportunities for campaign enhancement.
- Support the maintenance of data integrity and system hygiene.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving marketing automation challenges.
- Provide insights on customer journeys and optimal communication practices.
- Develop and oversee marketing automation campaigns to nurture leads.
- Generate reports and dashboards to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Interpret metrics to improve campaign performance.
- Facilitate data integrations between Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
- Document architectural decisions and solutions.
- Engage in monthly feature releases.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Creative problem-solving capabilities in email marketing.
- Proficiency in email campaign management methodologies.
- Experience with Journey Builder for multi-channel campaigns.
- Understanding of email marketing best practices and regulations.
- Basic knowledge of SQL queries and API concepts.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Capacity to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated success in driving process improvements.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
EXPERIENCE:
- 3-5 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Proven track record in executing email marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Data Extension.
- Expertise in HTML, AMP Script, and responsive email design.
- Experience with email testing tools such as Litmus and Return Path.
- Knowledge of automations and data segmentation.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
- Front-end development skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, and Angular JS.
- Experience with Landing Pages and Microsites.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics.
CERTIFICATIONS:
- Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant OR Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist.
