Enrollment Management Coordinator: A Key Role in Student Success

The Enrollment Management Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of our students. This position involves managing applicant documents, providing support for recruitment activities, and representing the College of Education and Human Development. Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include a generous retirement plan, full medical, dental, vision coverage, paid time off, 11 paid holidays, tuition remission, and more.

This role requires the successful candidate to utilize CRM and integrated systems for accurate and effective execution of prospect management and applicant communications. They must also prioritize tasks, focus on completion objectives in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate high-level attention to detail, critical thinking, problem-solving, and ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and at least two years of enrollment management and/or related student services experience.
  • Ability to interact with students, faculty, and administrators requiring intensive concentration and excellent listening skills.
  • Must demonstrate high-level of attention to detail, critical thinking, problem-solving, and ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
