Boston Engineering Corporation, a forward-thinking product development firm, is in search of a dedicated Product Marketing Lead who thrives in a dynamic project-driven atmosphere.

Do you possess experience in marketing project execution and design, along with a proven track record of hands-on implementation? Collaborating with the Marketing team, the Product Marketing Lead plays a crucial role in achieving ambitious lead generation and branding objectives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee marketing initiatives and personnel as necessary across the Medical, Commercial, and Defense consulting sectors.
  • Direct marketing efforts and team management for the Value-Added Reselling of software solutions across various principles.
  • Engage directly with business unit leaders, department heads, and team leads to formulate strategies and execute corresponding marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director to establish, track, and report on marketing metrics aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Supervise web development projects, including the creation of new web pages and content updates.
  • Manage social media platforms and other digital communication channels.
  • Oversee the production of written materials (press releases, case studies, datasheets, emails, social media content, whitepapers, etc.) to support marketing initiatives.

Event Management:
  • Develop strategies for trade shows and events.
  • Secure and optimize sponsorship opportunities.
  • Coordinate speaking engagements and participation opportunities.
  • Manage internal branding efforts related to communications and facility aesthetics.

Team Leadership:
Provide guidance and oversight to junior marketing staff in content creation (social media posts, presentations, etc.), event coordination, industry research, document updates, and branding initiatives.


Required Skills:
  • Proficient in creating diverse content, including white papers, case studies, and presentations.
  • Experience in managing website content and coordinating digital postings.
  • Ability to develop customer-facing content that reflects the communication style of Boston Engineering, emphasizing thought leadership in emerging technologies.
  • Support for internal communications.
  • Expertise in managing logistics for trade shows and events.
  • Leadership in social media strategy.
  • Development and execution of inbound and outbound marketing campaigns.
  • Management of a customer relationship management (CRM) database.
  • Establishing, monitoring, and reporting on marketing metrics.
