- Product Launches: Play a critical role in bringing new product features to market, steering launch plans to drive new leads and engagement among existing customers.
- Customer Advocacy: Be a voice of the customer in the development of new product features, ensuring messages are clear and the experience is intuitive.
- Sales Enablement: Understand and support our sales channels by partnering with sales enablement to ensure the team is trained on the problems we solve for small business customers.
- Product Roadmap: Collaborate with product management to understand the product roadmap and translate technical details to messaging that resonates with buyer personas.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 8+ years of Product Marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, eCommerce, or similar high-paced environments.
- Experience in bringing new products to market to serve small business or non-profit sectors.
- Familiarity with mobile app products and driving engagement among users.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to create engaging content.
- Exceptional performance-tracking skills and ability to prove what is, or isn't, working.
- Strong collaborator with a track-record of delivering results.
- MBA or advanced marketing degree a plus.
- Outstanding flexibility, adaptability, and sense of accountability.
